Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• No refunds without prior approval

Not eligible:

• Change of mind after shipping

• Products showing clear signs of use or modification

• Unreported damage after 7 days of receipt

💡 Tip: If the order is still in transit and you wish to cancel, refuse delivery and notify us. A refund will be issued once the parcel is returned to sender.
